• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Duration
We deliver across India.
Estimated delivery times:
• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days
• Remote Areas: 6–10 business days
(Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, logistics delays, or high-volume periods.)
3. Shipping Charges
• We provide Free Shipping on all orders, regardless of prepaid or COD.
• There are no extra delivery charges for any payment method.
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before you confirm your purchase.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across most serviceable pin codes.
COD Terms:
• COD is available at no extra cost
• COD orders must be accepted on the first attempt
• Repeated non-acceptance of COD orders may lead to restriction of COD option in future
• Please keep the exact amount ready for smooth delivery
5. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email.
You can track your order status in real time.
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your address and mobile number are correct while placing the order.
Sylvin is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
If the order is returned due to non-delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.
8. Damaged, Leaking, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours with photos or video proof.
