At Sylvin, we take pride in delivering premium quality room fragrances to your doorstep. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

  1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused and unopened
  • The original packaging and seal is intact
  • The product is not damaged due to misuse or mishandling

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Orders where an incorrect address was provided by the customer
  1. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging. We will resolve this with a free replacement or full refund, no questions asked.

  1. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be transferred via UPI or bank transfer.

  1. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a fragrance for a different variant, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchange is subject to product availability.

Please share your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours.

  1. Shipping Charges on Returns

If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, Sylvin will bear the shipping cost. If the return is due to a change of mind, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sales
  • Gift cards or discount vouchers
